We cooperate with multiple reputable international courier providers for furniture shipments. Available carriers include but are not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and other qualified freight providers. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no recipient on‑site, inaccessible premises or customer‑caused reasons, additional costs for redelivery, storage and return freight shall be covered by you. Risk of loss or product damage transfers to the buyer upon hand‑over of goods to the designated carrier.
