All displayed prices do not automatically include customs duties, import taxes or destination‑country fees; such charges shall be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Our standard international shipping time for furniture goods is 15‑30 working days counting from the date of confirmed cleared payment and order acceptance. This is an estimated timeframe and not a legally guaranteed delivery date. If delivery fails because no recipient is available, access is restricted, or the address is incorrect, additional redelivery, storage or freight costs shall be at your expense. Returns are only accepted for pre‑approved defective or non‑conforming goods. Returned furniture must remain in original, unused condition with original packaging. Customer‑initiated returns for non‑defective furniture will incur return‑shipping and restocking costs. After receiving and inspecting returned goods, eligible refunds will be processed via your original payment method within a reasonable period.
